How to return goods?

After the buyer has received the ordered goods, the buyer is entitled to withdraw from the contract entered into in the Web Shop within 14 days. To be eligible to use the 14-day period of the right of withdrawal, the ordered goods must not be used in any other way than to make sure the nature, features and functioning of the goods as usually allowed for testing of goods in a physical shop.
