Terms of Shipping

Delivery time

Detailed delivery information is provided for each product individually. For items in stock, delivery within Estonia usually takes 1–3 business days after the purchase amount has been received in the Seller’s bank account. If an ordered item is not in stock for any reason, the Seller will notify the Buyer by email with an updated estimated delivery time.

Delivery and pickup

The Seller will dispatch the goods to the Buyer after payment has been received.

The Buyer can choose from the following delivery options:

• Courier delivery to the address provided by the Buyer – additional delivery fee applies;
• Pickup from a parcel machine selected by the Buyer – additional delivery fee applies;
• In-store pickup – free of charge, no delivery fee added.

Online orders are processed on business days between 08:00 and 16:00. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
For in-store pickups, goods will be available during Tankler OÜ’s opening hours.

Tankler OÜ is not responsible for delays in delivery if the goods have been handed over to the logistics partner on time, but delivery is delayed due to circumstances beyond the Seller’s control or foresight.

Force Majeure

Tankler OÜ will not compensate the Buyer for missed opportunities due to changes in delivery times if the Buyer has been notified of the delay and agreed to it, meaning the Buyer has not expressed a desire to cancel the order due to the extended delivery time.
