For Agri Partner OÜ (from now on Agri Partner) it is important to protect the privacy and personal data of our customers. To do that, we have developed Privacy Policy terms. In this Privacy Policy we describe the collection, usage, storage and sharing practices of personal data. This Privacy Polici includes processing of personal data of Agri Partner and www.agripartner.eu/tankler

We are collecting personal data to identify or to contact individuals when it is needed.
We process following personal data:
• Personal data and contacts (first and last name, personal identification number, postal address, phone number, email address, company name)
• Internet data (user sessioon data, cookies, website log data, IP-address)
Thanks to collected data, Agri Partner is able to inform customers about news, ongoing campaigns and upcoming events. Clients always has possibility to remove email address from Agri Partner’s newsletter.
We also use collected data for delivery and to fulfill other obligations to the client. To provide better service Agri Partner may reveal individual information to third party who is offering some sort of service to Agri Partner and who is required to keep any kind of personal information confidential. A third party is, for example, a courier service provider.

STORAGE AND PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

Agri Partner stores personal data in a way that allows the person to be identified for as long as it is necessary to fulfill the purpose, except as required by law. All personal, data for which there is no purpose for storage, shall be destroyed and / or deleted.
Agri Partner takes all precautions to protect the customer’s personal data (including administrative, technical and physical measures). Only authorized persons have access to change and process personal data.
