PRIVACY POLICY
For Tankler OÜ (from now on Tankler) it is important to protect the privacy and personal data of our customers. To do that, we have developed Privacy Policy terms. In this Privacy Policy we describe the collection, usage, storage and sharing practices of personal data. This Privacy Polici includes processing of personal data of Tankler and www.pood.tankler.ee
COLLECTION AND USE OF PERSONAL DATA
We are collecting personal data to identify or to contact individuals when it is needed.
We process following personal data:
• Personal data and contacts (first and last name, personal identification number, postal address, phone number, email address, company name);
• Internet data (user sessioon data, cookies, website log data, IP-address).
Kogutud isikuandmete abil saab Tankler teavitada kliente uudistest, käimasolevatest kampaaniatest ja tulevatest sündmustest. Kliendil on võimalus ennast igal ajal eemaldada Tankleri uudiskirjaloendist.
Thanks to collected data, Tankler is able to inform customers about news, ongoing campaigns and upcoming events. Clients always has possibility to remove email address from Tankler’s newsletter.
We also use collected data for delivery and to fulfill other obligations to the client. To provide better service Tankler may reveal individual information to third party who is offering some sort of service to Tankler and who is required to keep any kind of personal information confidential. A third party is, for example, a courier service provider.
STORAGE AND PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
Tankler stores personal data in a way that allows the person to be identified for as long as it is necessary to fulfill the purpose, except as required by law. All personal, data for which there is no purpose for storage, shall be destroyed and / or deleted.
Tankler takes all precautions to protect the customer's personal data (including administrative, technical and physical measures). Only authorized persons have access to change and process personal data.
CHANGES TO PRIVACY POLICY
Tankler reserves the right to update and change the terms of the privacy policy as necessary.
